Merry Christmas 2008

Once again, from Jonathan, Jennifer, Hailey, Tegan and Billy - we want to wish all of you (physical family, church family, friends, etc...) a very merry Christmas and a happy new year! Love you!!!

Christmas Day with the Sanford family...

Merry Christmas from the Sanford family! Today was a very special day for us as a family, celebrating Christmas together for the first time in our new home in Liberty, TX. We miss our families in Alabama and Austin, TX and wish to send all of our love to them. We started our day off early by allowing the girls to discover their gifts Santa had delivered during the night - after a while of enjoying the spectacle of their joy we enjoyed breakfast - next up we all unwrapped gifts received from each other and many of our family members and friends. After a wonderful lunch prepared by Jennifer, we all settled down for a nice relaxing afternoon and evening concluded with watching the Doctor Who 2008 Christmas special. All in all this was one of the best days we ever shared together as a family and we are very blessed. Don't forget, if you would like to print any of these photos, please click on the photo and it will open up the larger size image which can be saved to your computer for printing. The larger image will be of higher quality than the smaller version found here on our blog...

SNOW DAY 2008 (part 1)

In a wonderful turn of events here in Liberty, TX we've received about 4 inches of snow in about a 12 hour period - now keep in mind, this is Texas (SE) and Liberty hasn't had a snow event like this is in 30 years. I have to admit, it was very special to see our children enjoying snow for the very first time in their life! It took Hailey 5 years to see snow, Tegan 3 years, and Billy only 7 months! Lucky Billy! (Hurricane IKE, Snow, and Alabama beating Georgia, Tennessee, LSU, and Auburn all in 7 months of life!) Wow!
